🛒 Order & Payment
Choose your desired product, the right size, and add it to your cart. Then follow the checkout process by entering your address and payment method. Production starts right after.
Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, PayPal, instant bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay – depending on your location.
Changes are only possible within a few hours after placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@tragsmomente.de.
Please also check your spam folder. If you cannot find any email, contact us using the email address you provided during checkout.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Production time:
• Printful: 2–5 business days
• Printify: 2–7 business days

Shipping time after production:
• Germany: 3–8 business days
• EU: 3–10 business days
• USA/Canada: 3–10 business days
• International: 7–30 business days

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time
Customs clearance may cause delays.
Shipping costs depend on destination, weight, quantity, and fulfillment partner. They are automatically calculated at checkout.

• EU: from €5.49
• International: from €7.99
Yes, we ship to Germany, the EU, the USA, and selected other countries. More details are available during checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link (if supported by the carrier).
Your order may be shipped from different warehouses. In this case, you will receive several partial shipments – without additional shipping costs for you.
Some shipping partners (especially via Printify) do not deliver to parcel lockers or P.O. boxes. Please use a regular delivery address whenever possible.
Please provide your delivery address correctly. For returns due to incorrect address data, additional shipping costs may apply.
If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you will be notified by email. You can agree to the delay or automatically receive a refund.
🔁 Returns & Complaints
Since our products are individually made, returns are only possible in case of defects. Details can be found in our Return Policy.
Please send us a photo within 7 days of receipt to info@tragsmomente.de. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method after review.
👕 Product & Care
Use our size guide. Measure a suitable shirt and compare the dimensions.
We use, among others, organic cotton certified by GOTS and OEKO-TEX®. Details can be found in the product descriptions.
Wash at max. 30 °C, turn inside out, do not tumble dry.
Yes – different cuts, fabrics, and styles. Details are listed on the respective product pages.
🌱 Sustainability & Packaging
Yes, we produce on-demand, avoid overproduction, and work with certified partners (e.g., GOTS, OEKO-TEX®, PETA).
Yes, we use recycled or easily recyclable materials.
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping.
