1. Production Partners & Carriers

Orders are fulfilled by external partners:

• Printful Inc. (EU, USA)
• Printify Inc. (EU, USA – via partner print facilities worldwide)

The carrier (e.g. DHL, DPD, FedEx, USPS) is automatically selected based on product, stock location and delivery address.

2. Production Times

Printful: 2–5 business days · Printify: 2–7 business days.
(Business days = Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays at production or delivery location).

Note: Peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday) may extend production times.

3. Shipping Times (after production)

Total delivery time = production + shipping.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

• Destination country/region
• Product weight & quantity
• Fulfillment location

Examples: Germany from €3.69 · EU from €5.49 · International from €7.99.
Final costs are shown at checkout. No extra charges for partial shipments.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, UK, USA, Canada), additional customs duties/taxes may apply, payable by the recipient. Customs clearance may cause delays.

6. USA-specific (FTC MITOR)

If no delivery time is specified, the statutory 30-day period applies. If we cannot deliver within this timeframe, you will be notified via email. You may consent to the delay or request a refund. Without consent, a refund will be issued automatically.

7. Transfer of Risk (DE/EU)

For consumer sales, the risk of loss or damage passes only upon handover to you. If you appoint your own carrier, risk may transfer earlier.
